Welcome to our U14 team! We’re a dynamic group of passionate and talented young athletes, proudly competing in the JPL Warrior league. This team is more than just a collection of players – we’re a close-knit community where teamwork, dedication, and sportmanship are at the core of everything we do.
We strive for excellence on and off the field, fostering a love for the game while building skills that will last a lifetime.
Dave Rimmer – Manager
Dave Rimmer is a UEFA C-qualified coat with over 20 years experience across various levels of football, from grassroots to advanced player development. Currently, he is a development coach with Southampton FC and leads the University of Southampton’s Women’s team.
In addition to his football roles, Dave has served as a Coach Educator and Talent Pathway coach for England Boxing, demonstrating his versatility and ability to mentor athletes in high-performance environments.
Kieran Doyle – Coach
Kieran has been coaching Girls football since starting the FA Wildcats program at AFC Walcountians in 2018. Kieran manages and coaches U13 Girls on Sundays in the Surrey County Womens & Girls League, in addition to the U9 Boys team in the Surrey Youth League and being Assistant Coach to the Adults 1st XI, that are currently in the Surrey Premier County Football League.
Daniel Lovejoy – Coach
Dan started out helping coach girls football when his daughter first started in grass roots when she was just big enough to kick a ball. Dan brings an infectious energy and love of the game and works with the builds to build there skills and belief in themselves
